Charlotte’s particular specialism is in the resolution of financial arrangements on divorce. A significant number of her cases involve trusts, corporate structures and jurisdiction issues. Charlotte also advises on matters involving children on relationship breakdown, including living arrangements and financial provision.

Career

Charlotte graduated with a BA (Hons) in Jurisprudence from Oxford University. Charlotte completed her training contract at Manches, before moving to a boutique family law firm in 2013. Charlotte joined Stewarts in March 2016 and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2019.

Publications

Charlotte is a regular contributor of articles for legal publications, including Jordan’s Family Law and The Lawyer. She has also been interviewed on LBC and Share Radio.
