Scott has significant experience in complex and high-value cost claims, and is an experienced advocate having represented clients in hearings at county court level right up to and including the Supreme Court.
Career
Scott joined Stewarts in 1999 having worked previously at various firms including McKenna & Co (now CMC Cameron McKenna) and Beaumont & Son (now Clyde & Co).
Experience
Scott has over over 30 years’ experience in costs and has worked on a number of notable cases including Holmes v Alfred McAlpine Homes (Yorkshire) Ltd and Julie Bridgewater v Christopher Andrew Griffiths.
