Scott has a wide range of experience, including insurance/reinsurance disputes, construction disputes and professional negligence. Scott specialises in catastrophic personal injury, clinical negligence and funding disputes.
He has extensive experience from both a receiving party and paying party standpoint, which extends to the preparation of Bills of Costs, Points of Dispute/Replies, all aspects of costs management and technical advice.
Scott is also an experienced advocate in relation to costs management and detailed assessment hearings.
