We have been made aware of a phishing scam using our firm’s details and that of our partner Mo Bhaskaran. Please note that our client data has not been compromised.

The recipients have received a fax purportedly from Mo Bhaskaran regarding a supposed “unclaimed Excess Marginal Return Capital Profit (EMRCP)” with a value of US$ 16,950,777.00. Please see a copy of the fake fax below and here.

Please also be aware that the domain https://www.stewartslawllp.com points at a fake clone website, that we are in the process of having taken down. We have also reported this to the Solicitors Regulation Authority and Action Fraud.
