In this episode of Stewarts Soundbites, Emma Lyons and Ben Townsend from our Personal Injury team discuss the differences between single and joint instructions, with a focus on the pros and cons of each for case managers, claimants and legal teams.

Emma and Ben:

  • explore the logistics of such instructions and the different approaches taken by case managers and lawyers;
  • address whether there is a sustainable hybrid model that can benefit claimants; and
  • offer some top tips for case managers in dealing with difficult issues under a joint instruction.
