Brogan is a trainee solicitor in the Aviation and International Injury department. She has previously obtained experience as a paralegal in both the Commercial Litigation team and the Divorce and Family team.
Expertise
During Brogan’s time in the Divorce and Family team, she assisted in proceedings brought by high-net-worth clients across a broad range of family matters including complex financial settlements, child arrangements, pre and post-nuptial agreements and Family Law Act proceedings.
Whilst in the Commercial Litigation team, Brogan assisted on high value disputes such as securities and group claims, book building of cases and acting for institutional investors in securities litigation and insolvency matters.
Before joining Stewarts, Brogan gained experience as a paralegal in a Magic Circle law firm.
Personal
Outside of work, Brogan enjoys playing polo, spending time with friends and family, and participating in running and swimming events.
Career
Brogan studied Law at the University of Exeter. She then completed the LPC LLM at the University of Law in London. Brogan joined Stewarts as a paralegal in 2019.
