Expertise

Fawn advises clients in relation to their financial arrangements upon divorce. She assists on complex cases, many involving business and trust assets both on and off-shore. Fawn has experience of managing and progressing cases in circumstances where the opposing party is refusing to meaningfully engage and/or has breached their obligations; she has pursued contempt proceedings and obtained worldwide freezing orders on behalf of clients.

Fawn has particular experience of cases where the capacity of a party is in issue, and/or where a litigation friend is required. She also advises clients on disputes concerning their children; for example, living arrangements or specific issues such as schooling. Fawn regularly advises in relation to pre and post nuptial agreements.

Career

Fawn read Law at Queen Mary, University of London, graduating with First Class Honours in 2011, before achieving a Distinction on the LPC at BPP. Fawn joined Stewarts as a paralegal in 2012 and qualified in 2016 after training at the firm.
