Huseyin specialises in high value personal injury cases. He has experience dealing with a variety of catastrophic accident claims, such as road traffic collisions, accidents at work and occupiers’ liability claims. Since joining Stewarts in April 2023, he has helped secure over £55 million in compensation for seriously injured clients.
Expertise
Huseyin assists partners in the London personal injury team with their serious injury cases, including claims involving traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries and amputations. He is keen to secure early interim payments for clients, so vital rehabilitation and support can be put into place to improve their quality of life following a serious accident. Huseyin has also previously dealt with cases involving fatalities.
Career
Huseyin previously worked as a paralegal at Irwin Mitchell for several years before completing his training contract at the firm. He qualified as a Solicitor on 2 March 2020 and joined Stewarts as an Associate in April 2023.

Experience
Throughout Huseyin’s career, he has assisted on a number of cases that have resulted in seven figure settlements. At Stewarts, the cases that he works on are often worth in excess of several millions of pounds. In 2024, he assisted Clare Salmon secure £41.7 million for a seriously injured child pedestrian which is thought to be one of, if not, the highest settlement achieved at the previous discount rate of -0.25%.
