Leena works with the firm’s executive team to manage and drive strategic business change, including vision based programmes, process improvements and transformative initiatives. She is a Prince II and MSP accredited programme manager with extensive experience in business analysis, programme and project management.

Leena’s area of expertise is business change, business analysis and programme management. This includes change management, financial management, people management, project planning and resource management.
Career
Leena graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics and Computing from Queen Mary University of London in 2001. She joined a software solutions company the same year as a business analyst and was promoted to the project management team in 2007. Leena specialised in project implementations for trade unions and professional bodies until she joined Stewarts in 2012. Prior to being appointed as the Head of Business Change, Leena held the roles of IT Project manager and Senior Projects Manager at Stewarts.
Personal
Leena is a member of Plan International and has been involved in helping provide education for young girls in India. Leena is a keen swimmer and enjoys cooking when time permits.

Leena has extensive experience in implementing a wide range of projects and programmes including finance, IT, knowledge management, marketing and other business initiatives.
