Leyla is a trainee solicitor in the Knowledge department. She has three years previous experience as a paralegal in the Divorce and Family team.
Experience
Leyla has experience assisting in high value disputes brought by ultra-high net worth individuals across a range of financial disputes; this includes cases with complex asset structures, involving pre and post nuptial agreements and intricate trust and business interests.
She also has experience covering a wide range of children matters, including child arrangements, relocations and family law act applications.
Publications and Media
Leyla has previously written about how domestic abuse allegations in proceedings involving children have been addressed by the Family Court.
Career
Leyla studied Law at the University of Exeter before completing the LPC at BPP University, Holborn. Leyla joined Stewarts as a paralegal in 2021.
Personal
Outside of work, Leyla enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, movies and the theatre. She is a huge animal lover, in particular her pet bunnies Milo, Luna and Evie.
