Milda is responsible for devising and overseeing the implementation of the business development strategy across the firm, as well as providing strategic input to drive forward the firm’s overarching growth plans.
Expertise
Milda’s experience is rooted in creating and deploying bespoke strategies to develop business growth opportunities.
Over nearly 15 years, she has worked closely with senior stakeholders, clients, business leaders and management teams to unlock new revenue streams and deliver on strategic objectives.
Milda’s primary focus is on developing intermediary and client relationships. She runs the firm’s Key Relationship Programme and collaborates with the Heads of Department to set growth objectives and BD targets for their annual business plans.
In addition to overseeing business development activity across the firm, Milda leads the international strategy, identifying and pursuing new opportunities in key jurisdictions by organically building the firm’s brand and BD network.
Career
Milda holds a BSc in International Relations & Leadership, as well as an MSc in Human Rights from the London School of Economics. Initially intending to pursue a career in diplomacy, Milda shifted her focus from international relations to the legal sector. She has previously worked at several US firms, as well as Mishcon de Reya and Linklaters.
