Miriam is an associate in our Trust and Probate Litigation team. She assists in all areas of trust and succession disputes, acting for beneficiaries and trustees.
Expertise
Miriam has experience in the resolution of probate disputes, including claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975. She has also assisted with administration of trust disputes often with an offshore element, including trust restructuring disputes.
Miriam also has experience of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.
Personal
In her spare time, Miriam enjoys swimming and Reformer Pilates.
Career
Miriam graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2016 with a first class law degree. Miriam joined Stewarts in October 2018 and qualified into the Trust and Probate team as an Associate in October 2023. During her training contract, Miriam completed seats with the Knowledge Management, Trust and Probate, Divorce and Family and International Arbitration departments.
