Rose-Marie is a trainee solicitor in the Trust and Probate Litigation department. She has previously obtained experience as a paralegal in the Divorce and Family team.
Expertise
Rose-Marie previously worked in commercial property finance before joining the Divorce and Family team at Stewarts as a paralegal. During her time in the department she assisted on high net worth and ultra-high net worth cases across a broad range of family matters including complex financial settlements, children arrangements, multi-jurisdictional pre-nuptial agreements and Family Law Act matters.
Personal
Rose-Marie was born and raised in Hong Kong and travels to Asia when she can see her family and chocolate Labrador Duncan. She enjoys being near the sea and is a qualified rescue scuba diver. She enjoys travelling to different destinations to find new dive spots and cuisines so that she can recreate dishes at home.
Career
Rose-Marie studied Justice and Law with a specialisation in security and counterterrorism at American University, Washington DC. She then completed the GDL and LPC LLM at the University of Law in Moorgate. Rose-Marie started working at Stewarts in September 2022.
