Virginia is a commercial litigator by background with over ten years’ experience in private practice and a further ten with a FTSE 10 market leading online knowledge provider. She facilitates organisation-wide knowledge and information sharing.
Experience
Virginia has over ten years’ post-qualification experience as a client-facing lawyer, advising and acting in complex commercial disputes, including contractual and shareholder disputes, professional negligence, misrepresentation, debt claims and civil fraud.
More recently Virginia’s focus has been on creating and maintaining and, latterly, setting the direction and ensuring the delivery of technical and practical know-how for disputes practitioners.

Virginia leads the Knowledge team in equipping our disputes practitioners with the knowledge, tools and skills they need to deliver the best outcomes, value and service for our clients.
Career
Virginia joined Stewarts in 2022 from LexisNexis where she had, most recently, headed up LexisPSL Dispute Resolution.
Prior to that, Virginia trained, qualified and practiced with Pinsent Masons before continuing her general commercial litigation practice at Marriott Harrison.
